Take~ emergent reader

This is such a busy time of the year.  Yesterday I finished entering report card grades.  Now I have to work on the attachment that also goes home that states what letters, sounds, numbers, shapes, etc, etc that the kids have learned.  I am currently working on lesson plans for next week.  I just created this reader and added it to my store for the kids to learn the sight word "take".
